Clients may e-mail Ingrid@INGRIDients.com to schedule a telephone question and answer session with Dr. Ingrid Kohlstadt. She is available Monday thru Friday from noon to 3 pm. Her rates are $200 an hour with a minimum of 15 minutes.

A question and answer session is an opportunity to seek the opinion of an expert in nutritional medicine. Please note that a telephone question and answer session does not meet the definition of a physician medical consultation and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
